As CEPro recently reported in their article, “HDMI 2.2: Inside the Latest AV Standard,” HDMI 2.2 nearly doubles the current data rate to 96Gbps, enabling future-proof support for resolutions up to 16K, 16-bit Deep Color, and incredibly dynamic HDR visuals.
